Claris Leasing and Banca del Veneto Centrale in support of the ICM Group for an investment programme of €6 million within the scope of the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan)
The financing, promoted by Banca del Veneto Centrale and provided through Claris Leasing, confirms the support for local businesses and the commitment to promoting development projects as part of the PNRR.
Treviso, 28.09.2023 – CLARIS Leasing SpA, a specialised company of the Cassa Centrale Group, has coordinated a leasing ceiling of a total of €6 million for the stipulation of instrumental and branded contracts in favour of ICM SpA. The transaction was promoted by Banca del Veneto Centrale.
ICM Spa, belonging to the ICM Group which boasts over 100 years of history, is a company specialised in the construction and large works sector, both in the public and private domains. Always dedicated to the industrial and civil engineering sectors and to the construction of infrastructures, it is implementing an important investment plan designed to support the significant contracts acquired within the context of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
The operation with ICM is fully consistent with the project that the Cassa Centrale Group is developing within the guidelines of the PNRR.
The Cassa Centrale Group is heavily committed with all its companies - affiliated banks, parent company, subsidiaries of the industrial perimeter - in actively contributing to the structural relaunch of the country, with the aim of fully developing the entities throughout the country which will be key players in implementing the PNRR.
This will be possible both through financial support, specifically, a dedicated credit limit of one billion, and through consultancy support thanks to agreements signed with important national entities.
The financing operation for ICM SpA has a duration of 60 months and is intended to support and develop the company's business through a leasing ceiling of a total of €6 million which will be used to purchase branded goods and capital goods.
